Are my files really not uploaded anywhere?
Correct. PDFdesk's tools run entirely in your browser using WebAssembly-era PDF libraries. Your documents are read from your device's memory, processed there, and the result is downloaded from there. Our servers never see file contents.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PDFdesk works in any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
What's the catch with the free plan?
No catch — it's rate-limited to 5 tasks per day and 25 MB per file. All six tools are included. Pro removes the limits.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no minimum term. Cancel from your account page and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
